1. About these terms

Talk To Media Portal is an internal business system operated by Talk To Media Ltd, a limited company registered in England under company number 05193262, at Unit 19, Jetstream Drive, Fountain Court, Auckley, Doncaster, DN9 3QS. These terms govern its use.

The application is not a public service. It is not offered to, or available for use by, anyone outside Talk To Media Ltd.

2. Who may use it

Use is limited to Talk To Media Ltd staff who have been given an account by an administrator. There is no public registration. Accounts are personal and must not be shared, and credentials must not be disclosed to anyone.

3. Acceptable use

The application and the data in it may be used only for Talk To Media Ltdbusiness. In particular, you must not use it to access information you have no business need to see, extract client data for any purpose other than delivering our services, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

4. Client information is confidential

The application holds commercially sensitive information belonging to our clients, including advertising spend and performance. It is confidential. It must not be shared outside Talk To Media Ltd except with the client it belongs to, or as that client has agreed.

5. Availability

We do not guarantee that the application will be available at all times. It may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of a problem with a service it depends on. Reporting data is retrieved from third-party platforms and may be delayed, incomplete or restated by those platforms.

6. Access can be withdrawn

Access may be suspended or withdrawn at any time at Talk To Media Ltd's discretion, and ends when your employment or engagement ends.

7. Ownership

The application and its contents belong to Talk To Media Ltd, except for data belonging to our clients, which remains theirs.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. Questions about these terms, or about the application, can go to datacontroller@talktomedia.co.uk. How we handle data is described in our privacy policy.
